“Five stars are not enough to do justice to the incredible work that Toni from Inside Ours did for us. Her creativity, diligence, and meticulous attention to detail have completely transformed our house. It’s not an exaggeration to say that we wake up every morning grateful for her and her designs.
Toni's natural talent and passion for design, coupled with her phenomenal work ethic, truly elevates her craft to an exceptional level. She did the interior design for our entire house in Walthamstow. She worked on our dining room, sunroom, breakfast room, two bedrooms, hallway wall art, and even the outside garden furniture. Each space exudes warmth and a unique charm that matches our personal style and house perfectly. I am a very particular person – and when my husband and I first started looking for an interior designer, I was worried about the end result, but I can genuinely say, Toni surpassed our highest expectations.
For each room, from the initial mock-ups to the final masterpiece, Toni demonstrated an impressive aptitude for meticulous detail, all while maintaining a clear focus on the overarching design vision. Every element of the room, from the color schemes to the furniture placement were carefully thought-out, which resulted in a stunningly cohesive design that is functional, comfortable, and visually breathtaking. In our first meeting, I said to Toni that when I want people to walk into our house, I want them to have this reaction that it “just feels cool”, and she nailed it.
Throughout the process, she was an exceptional communicator, keeping us up to date with her ideas, progress, and any changes. We never once felt left in the dark or unsure about what was happening, which is something we truly appreciate. She also has incredible management skills. The tracking of all purchases and the logistics that go along with such a large project can be overwhelming, to say the least. But Toni managed it all flawlessly and punctually.
We cannot overstate how much Toni's work has changed our lives. The beauty and comfort of our home that she has curated impact us every day. We feel so thankful for everything she's done for us, for creating a space that is not just beautiful, but also ours. For anyone reading this review, it may sound excessively enthusiastic or even over the top, but it genuinely reflects how incredible of a job she did for us, and how great she is.

BERKSHIRE COTTAGE EXTENSION - FULL SERVICE DESIGN & INSTALLATION - VIEW PROJECT HERE
“We undertook a major renovation to turn an 80s cottage into a modern open plan living and dining space in a countryside location. We wanted an interior design that could coherently incorporate the cottage feel with modern styling. It was important to connect to the garden too.
Top of our requirements was for the rooms to be warm, inviting, sociable, personal and design-led, but not so much of a slave to trends that it would soon feel dated. The rooms presented different style challenges: north-facing for the dining room and south-facing with lots of glass for the living room. But they both needed to feel bright and airy in the summer and warm and cosy in the winter while remaining connected. We needed help pulling all our ideas and eclectic(!) mix of homewares together.
Toni gently coaxed us away from adding too many colours to the palette, cleverly edited our stuff and came up with multiple ideas to reuse or recycle existing items.
It was very exciting to see our brief plus Toni's idea's laid out in the presentation - it really did look like the end result. And it was no trouble to tweak the visuals to show different options as things evolved. It was great to see her intuitive styling unfold when she came to the house.
She worked tirelessly to find things that were on budget and timeless - finding investment pieces and high street items that worked together seamlessly.
She was available to us at all times, sharing in our enthusiasm and guiding us back on track when we weren't sure of something. She took the time and hassle out of finding the right product at the right price and kept everything on track by being flexible and attentive.
We can't say thank you enough - she nailed the brief and added more to it - and we love living in our new rooms. We will be using Toni for many more rooms to come.”

“We'd never considered using an interior stylist as it seemed an extravagance we really didn't see the point in - especially as we have a strong sense of our own style and enjoy creating a look for our home. However, when we moved into our new home we were gifted with Toni's services - which we now realise was the best housewarming gift we could ever have!
We really enjoyed the whole process working with Toni to create a cohesive look and feel for our new home - and cannot overemphasize the value she brought to the project. She really listened to us and understood what it was we wanted to achieve and then she took it to the next level.
When she delivered her presentation of how she planned to bring our ideas to life we were absolutely blown away. It was just so exquisitely beautiful, and we loved all the details she'd incorporated which made it feel so personal to us. I think we then wondered whether it would really end up looking like the presentation - but it did! It absolutely surpassed all our expectations and seeing it come to life was just the best.
In a really short amount of time, Toni helped us transform our house - her skill in styling a room is just breathtaking - you walk into your house and it's like walking into a magazine shoot. Even if we had the skill, we would never have found the time to make all the finishing touches that she did that just create the wow factor. Not only is Toni just so much fun to work with she is a phenomenal project manager - she made our budget work hard and delivered everything we asked for and more, on time. If we were to move house again, we would definitely invest in her services again.”

“After 5 years of renovating a house from top to bottom, we ran out of steam, and so enlisted Toni's help to add the personal and finishing touches to our lounge.
The brief was for the lounge to be a space we can work in, and then at weekends, clear away all reminders of work, and have a room away from the children's toys and noise!
Toni exceeded our expectations - the room is now a calming, relaxing space and we love the personal touches to the room too, and spend all of our time here. We now want to use her to finish the rest of the house - Toni was so collaborative, very easy to work with with regular check-ins, and I cannot recommend enough.”

MONOCHROME NURSERY PROJECT - FULL SERVICE DESIGN & INSTALLATION - VIEW PROJECT HERE
“We contacted Toni at Inside Ours to look at creating a monochrome nursery to celebrate our boys 1st birthday which would take him from a cot in our bedroom to a more fun but relaxing environment that was completely for him – somewhere he would want to spend time which hopefully meant not sleeping in our room!
We had ideas of what we wanted but couldn’t quite figure out how to bring it all to life or where to start. Our first consultation with Toni was her spending some time with us all as a family – in our house and the nursery space – to get an idea and feel for us (and the project). She then came back with a brilliant mood-board and ‘wow factor’ design that helped us visualise the new space and to also give us the confidence to just say go for it.
Toni was also instrumental in finding us so many gorgeous pieces for the room using independent and local brands which we’ll keep for years to come and made us feel good about supporting small businesses. She was also so aware of the details that when it came to installation she was in the room with her sleeves rolled up sticking hundreds of tiny triangle stickers on the wall so they were perfectly reflecting what she had in her creative vision.
Long story short, it’s the care and attention to detail that truly made the design and we couldn’t be happier with the nursery – it is now my favourite room in the house. On top of that we have had so many compliments and it has even been used in a photoshoot for a children’s brand.”

“Our office was a great space but we were not making the most of it, after we moved in, work got in the way and we just never got around to finishing it. Our meeting room had never been used, and the office lacked warmth and personality.
As a creative production company we need our space to not only be practical but stylish, we were recommended to contact Toni at Inside Ours. We only had a limited budget to work with but Toni managed to stretch this to achieve everything we wanted and more, we could not be happier with the results.
We wanted a space with lots of plants but we never had the time to maintain them. Toni introduced us to a company that supply and deliver them as well water and upkeep them on a monthly basis. Now our office if full of greenery, we especially love our art gallery wall surrounded by hanging plants.
Our old meeting room was a dull space that was never used with impractical (and ugly) table and chairs. Toni designed and sourced custom-made furniture for us, now we have a super chic meeting room complete with bespoke conference table and an essential drinks cabinet too!
Toni was a true professional and pleasure to work with from start to finish. We loved the inspiration mood boards we were presented, she took all our needs and wants into consideration. It was great to leave the project in a pair of trusted hands so we could just get on with our jobs. Now we have a stylish and efficient office that we love coming into everyday, it really has made such a difference.”

“We worked with Toni from Inside Ours for our Christmas homepage shoot and Children’s Bicycle range.
Toni sourced amazing Christmas decorations and each room had a slightly different feel from the other, giving us plenty of excellent pictures from it. One room looked like a nursery which was great to shoot kid's bikes in. Another was more like a toddler's room so we could showcase our slightly bigger pedal bike.
The house itself was so stylish that we even managed to squeeze a bike in the corridor and get a great shot out of it! She had loads of fantastic props and would quickly and efficiently position them, and assess what would be the best angle to photograph a bike.
We would highly recommend working with Toni as a stylist.”

“We commissioned Toni to style our home in preparation for putting it on the market. We loved our house but it was just always a bit scruffy looking, if we’re honest. Or at least it felt that way. I was always a bit embarrassed or stressed out when people came round and also frustrated at myself because it really is a lovely house but we didn’t know how to do it justice.
Toni came around and worked her guts out to complete every room in the house. We had boxed up the main bits in each room so Toni had the space to try different things out, going in and out of the boxes trying different combinations of our things and moving bits around until room but room our home was beautiful. And the added benefit was seeing that we genuinely didn’t need a load of the crap which had been weighing us down.
The highlight for me was when some friends dropped round a couple of days later, unannounced for a cup of tea and for I think the first time ever, I was genuinely proud of our beautiful home. The house was now so easy to keep tidy - with the way things are arranged, and the removal of junk, plus some thought through storage.
It also felt very much ‘us’ - it’s was still all of our stuff after all, it just all looked so much better now. I really only wish we’d done it sooner.
Toni also staged our home and organised professional photography to use to put our house on the rental market. We had two viewings arranged immediately and they both made offers. The only sad thing is that we had to move out then!
Having never worked with an interior stylist before, I didn’t really know what to expect, but the pride and sense of peace I felt after Toni had done her thing was really something special and we are 100% going to use Inside Ours to come and help us settle into our new home.”
