FULL SERVICE
All of our services are tailored to your requirements. Our full service offering can cover an entire property or just one room. Typically the four stages of our full service offering would include:
1. Brief & Proposal
Toni will meet with you to talk through your project in detail. This will ideally be on site to take measurements and photos, ensuring she captures all the necessary information to form the brief. This puts into writing the full scope and requirements of the design.
Once the brief is agreed, Toni will propose her approach and design direction. Including inspirational reference images, concept boards, proposed timings and a cost estimate.
2. The Design, Detail & Sourcing
Following approval, the next stage will get into the detail of floor plans and final colour schemes.
Toni will agree with you which fixtures, furnishings and equipment (including lighting and accessories) are needed. She will then source and provide the best options for each item in a final sourcing/shopping list.
Toni will consult (and meet on site where necessary) with the required contractors/tradesmen/suppliers/manufacturers.
The output of this stage will be the final design, schedule of work and a full budget for sign off.
3. Implementation
Arranging the procurement and delivery of the sourcing/shopping list along with working with the manufacturers/tradesmen of any bespoke pieces.
Project briefing(s) with contractors/tradespeople/suppliers and on-going site visits to ensure the works and design stay on track.
4. Final Installation & Styling
The final stage – and the absolute best part – installing furnishings, fixtures, furniture, art, accessories and the highly considered layout and styling of all areas. Adding all of the finishing touches to truly bring the vision to life and deliver your dream space.
